From Public...to Premium

Summer '05 is in full swing and I'm excited to say that after the completion of our first feature, Fifty Pills, we now have two additional projects in the pipeline. The first is Public, the film adaptation of my book "A Very Public Offering". My producing partners at Palm-Star Entertainment, working with the great directing/editing talents of Todd Heyman, poured through all the old archival news footage of my internet days and have managed to piece together quite an impressive little video for pitching the book to screenwriters....So if you have a few minutes to spare, grab some popcorn and launch your browsers. The second piece of exciting news is that we're also in the middle of production on our second feature Premium. A New York based romantic comedy, the film stars Zoe Saldana (Guess Who?, The Terminal, Pirates of the Caribbean), Hill Harper (CSI New York) and Dorian Missick (Two Weeks Notice, The Manchurian Candidate) and is being helmed by Pete Chatmon making his feature length directorial debut. Production should be wrapping in mid July....If you happen to be in town right now and would like to visit the set, please send me an email and I'll see what I can set up! (Ok, I think I just gave the director and my producing partner a heart attack...)

Aside from that we're busy raising more capital for our film fund and getting ready to announce another acquisition on a hot new property--fingers crossed!! :)
